Simple Rye Bread

I have discovered a recipe that needs no kneading or sourdough, just 0.5 kg yoghurt: translatef from here

ingredients

  • 25g fresh yeast or half package dry yeast
  • 300g water
  • 75g sunflower seeds
  • 50g linseed
  • 200g crushed rye seeds (can be replaced with oat kernels)
  • 375g rye flour
  • 500g yoghurt naturel
  • 75g wheat flour
  • 12.5g salt

TODO:

  • dissolve yeast in water
  • add seeds, salt and yoghurt, mix
  • add the flour and mix well
  • let ferment for 1h
  • put in 1.5 litre bread pan
  • let rise 30m
  • heat oven to 200C (390F)
  • Put in bread, and lower temperature in oven to 160C (320F)
  • Let bake for 1h15m (I added 15m)
