I have discovered a recipe that needs no kneading or sourdough, just 0.5 kg yoghurt: translatef from here
ingredients
- 25g fresh yeast or half package dry yeast
- 300g water
- 75g sunflower seeds
- 50g linseed
- 200g crushed rye seeds (can be replaced with oat kernels)
- 375g rye flour
- 500g yoghurt naturel
- 75g wheat flour
- 12.5g salt
TODO:
- dissolve yeast in water
- add seeds, salt and yoghurt, mix
- add the flour and mix well
- let ferment for 1h
- put in 1.5 litre bread pan
- let rise 30m
- heat oven to 200C (390F)
- Put in bread, and lower temperature in oven to 160C (320F)
- Let bake for 1h15m (I added 15m)
