I have discovered a recipe that needs no kneading or sourdough, just 0.5 kg yoghurt: translatef from here ingredients 25g fresh yeast or half package dry yeast 300g water 75g sunflower seeds 50g linseed 200g crushed rye seeds (can be replaced with oat kernels) 375g rye flour 500g yoghurt naturel 75g wheat flour 12.5g salt TODO: dissolve yeast in water add seeds, salt and yoghurt, mix add the flour and mix well let ferment for 1h put in 1.
